We use local produce when in season and support North Carolina farms and retailers. We make all our own deli salads, casseroles, and slice our own meats. You can taste the difference and we appreciate all our customers for supporting local!

Corporate luncheons are available Monday through Friday. We also offer delivery to the greater Wilmington Area for a fee, depending on distance. We ask that all orders be placed with no less than 48 hours notice. We do recognize that sometimes “life happens” and we will try to accommodate last minute orders, however we cannot guarantee our availability.

Prices are per person with a 10 person minimum per package.

Corporate Luncheons

Business luncheons, meetings, and events often require a few extra touches to make them special. Leave the heavy lifting to us! We offer our luncheon packages Monday – Friday, with delivery upon request and availability. We ask that orders be placed at least 48 hours in advance, and delivery fees are dependent on distance. Prices are per person, with a minimum of 10 people per event. Choose from our delectable menu below, and let us make your corporate event one to remember!

This lunch package must be ordered in increments of 10 due to the serving size of the entrée.

Your choice of our incredible Chicken and Rice casserole topped with crispy fried onions, delicious Eggplant Parmesan, or our famous Lasagna (either meat or cheese), all served hot and bubbly.

A platter of homemade Paul’s Chicken Salad and/or Southern Chicken Salad on mini Neomonde croissants, with your choice of house chips, pasta salad or potato salad side.

A single Large croissant with choice of chicken salad and starch as Individual Boxed Lunch, add $2 ea. (Paul’s is all white meat, onions, celery, golden raisins, dill & pecans. Southern is whole roasted chicken pulled with hard boiled eggs, celery & sweet relish.)

Add-Ons:

You can always add additional items to your package such as fresh fruit salad, roasted vegetables or a current chef selection.

Vegetarian & Dietary Needs

We will happily accommodate dietary needs to the best of our ability and will make substitutions for vegetarians at no additional cost. Vegetarian options will be packed separately and labeled.

Substitutions and special requests: We pride ourselves in meeting your needs. Custom orders can be placed with advanced notice and may depend on availability.

Beverages

We offer Sweet and Unsweet iced tea by the gallon for $6.00/gallon (includes cups, bagged ice available upon request).

Other beverages such as canned soft drinks, and bottled water are also available.
